Housing on Gaea

We are planning to build a Manor on Gaea. It will make a good mid-range housing option, between Row House and Estate. I have identified three locations that look good to me.

We also need name suggestions. It should have some reference to the earth goddess theme. The Manor has a haunted house look, so that would be a good reference too.

Well I vote for the beach plot. Everyone loves a ocean view.

As for a name

Olympus Manor. I have chosen this name because Greek mythology states that:
"Gaia (i.e. Earth) arose as the everlasting foundation of the gods of Olympus"

I was going to resurrect my Greek mythology suggestion, Mnemosyne Manor (Mnemosyne is the mother of the Greek Muses), but I think I like Olympus Manor better!

Manor Olympus might scan better (parallel to Mount Olympus).

And for placement... Haven't looked yet. :D

Time to get deciding on the Manor. I'm leaning toward a location near the Palace, on the beach.

Mind You Manor has already been taken. I can't remember the island but I know I do recall seeing the name at one point during my long pirate life.

How about "Terra Terrace", Terra being the Roman equivalent to Gaea.

sounds good to me i'm saving up to move from park out of my townhouse soon to a more high end arch. the coral arch is a lil....run down for my tastes

Looks like we already have Evergreen Terrace, and terraces more properly refer to row houses anyway. Le sigh. I think it's really important we are quite clearly in the Gaea/Earth theme, given that the naming is a bit inconsistent and we don't want to make it worse. I'll chew on it a bit more, the first suggestion only took me the time to look up Terra.

Okay, new try: Demeter's Manors. Demeter is the ancient Greek goddess of the harvest and fertility, and is the grand daughter of Gaea. (All the Olympian gods were grandchildren or great grandchildren of Gaea. The harvest is very earthy, right?

Demeter is an OM, will that be a problem?

I doubt that would be a problem. Naming the OMs after gods they had to know naming collisions would come up, plus it's not like a house can do evil things claiming OM sanction. Good idea to ask though.
