I tried to follow this but from what I could see

We don't know why Rhapsody left.
We don't know what (if anything) Peeknshoot did. BTW he doesn't seem to be an alt of Olirt at least his protestations when he and I were talking seemed genuine.
We don't really know why the war declare.
And why was Druidess annoyed? Were we asked to declare war over something that happened to her? I must have missed that.


Really no one does tribute. Ships are cheap they are a single fixed cost. Far better to have respect and be seen as a flag who deals fairly. People just get too used to using War Declares as cheap ways to show annoyance instead of treating them seriously.

Silver - yes, we don't know ANY of those things. I myself believe that there's a backstory to Druidess & Rhapsady that we aren't privy to.

Some of these questions have been answered in the Royal forum.

For the war declare. Put in our statement in game that 'war declarations without explanation' will be returned, and pursued.

Lastly, I do have some advice to offer for all crews.

If you have a problem with anyone, let your SOs and Captain know, and let them handle it. Also, limit your statements about the situation and you feelings about the situation to tells with whom you are talking it over with. Doing this is for several reasons:
1. Not everyone wants to hear it.
2. Not everyone feels the same way.
3. Not everyone understands discretion.
4. Not everyone may be who you think they are. We are not all sitting around a table rolling dice where I could slap on some bronzer, a Howee wig, and start flinging peas at you, yet it is obvious I am not Howee; We are at computers, and it is possible for people to misrepresent themselves.
5. Some may have this person as a hearty and repeat what was said, regardless if you deny any statements of such.

I had a long talk with one of the SO's of Peeknshoot's new crew and that person has talked to both Olirt and Peeknshoot via Skype and they are not the same. I'm pretty annoyed at the behavior of people who pretty much hounded Peeknshoot about being an alt of Olirt and that figured significantly about Peeknshoot leaving the crew.

And basically Peeknshoot's story to Seagoddess is why she war declared (which when she found out that Peeknshoot was not being fully honest she retracted).
As for why Seagoddess declared so many wars they were not related in any way.

I for one think people need to stop hounding people who might be alts. Unless there is a specific issue because we might go to or be at war with that alt's main. And even then, leave the issue to the royals. It's a game and some times people like to get away from the drama of their main.

Silver - agreed on the alt thing. I wasn't certain about Peek and Olirt being one and the same - to me Peek always seemed young, VERY insecure and maybe a little lonely. Regardless, as long as it's not causing problems, let people play alts if they want.
