Building on Gaea

Construction site for, Mother of the Seas, a title of the goddess Gaea, has been created. Gibbo will be building a ship yard.

This will be a benefit to the flag, both through his purchase of the plot, and deeply discounted ship production for the war fleet.

And of course, taxes go to the flag.
